How to get storage
Choose a plan
From 10 to 100 GB. All plans are free, only the size differs.
Fill in the request
Name, email and password. We will send you an email: follow the link to confirm your address.
Wait for approval
The administrator reviews requests within 24 hours. You will get the decision by email.
Connect your devices
Sign in to the web version or install the app. Step-by-step guide with pictures.

FAQ
Is it really free?
Yes. Fiberon LLC provides the storage to its community members at no cost. In return, we ask you to choose a plan based on real needs and follow the acceptable use rules.
Why do I have to wait for approval?
Server space is limited and access is open only to community members. The administrator checks every request, usually within 24 hours. You will receive the decision by email.
Who can see my files?
Only you and the people you share them with. Administrators do not view the contents of storage. For especially sensitive folders you can turn on end-to-end encryption so that even the server cannot read the files. See the privacy policy.
What happens when I run out of space?
New files will stop uploading; files already saved stay in place. Your account page shows how much space is used, and you can request a bigger plan there.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
Open the password reset page and enter your email. We will send you a link to create a new password. It will work both in your account and in the cloud.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time from your account page. All files will be deleted permanently, so download what you need first.
Are inactive accounts deleted?
Requests with an unconfirmed email are deleted after 7 days, rejected ones after 30. If you do not use the storage for a long time (over 180 days), the administrator may free the space after warning you by email.
